Payment

Lotus Salon accepts cash and all major credit cards as payment for your service. Gratuities are accepted in cash and on credit card payments for your convenience.

Cancellations

Guests are required to cancel or reschedule their appointments 24 hours in advance. If calling during unscheduled hours please leave us a voicemail.

Note: As of January 1st 2021, Lotus Salon will charge the full amount of service for any no shows and for cancellations without 24 hours notice.

**Any service requiring 3 hours + will require a $50 deposit that is NON refundable if cancelled/rescheduled.

Cell Phones

Here at Lotus Salon, we strive to make your experience enjoyable and relaxing. In order to provide this environment, we ask that you please limit your cell phone usage during your service.

Satisfaction

Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service. We guarantee our services by the original stylist for a period of one week from original service date. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please allow your stylist to make any corrections.

Note: Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee any chemical services if you are not purchasing professional products through the salon

Salon Floor

We like to provide the safest atmosphere as possible. For the courtesy and safety to our other guests we ask that children not be allowed on cutting floor unless they are receiving a service. Children who do not require supervision are welcomed to have a seat in our waiting area

Confirmations

As a courtesy to our guests, Lotus salon will send emails, confirmation texts , and/or phone calls reminding you of your upcoming appointment. Please keep in mind that it is still your responsibility to keep track of your appointments and update your information with the front desk periodically
